The ancient pilgrim site and town of Lamego is 1 hour.
Within 1.5 and 2 hours is the City of Braga, Gerês entrance to the massive National Park spreading into Spain, the walled city of Viana do Castelo. Also Barcelos, Europe’s largest open air market.
North and south of Oporto are endless beaches.
